RESUMEN

En términos generales el uso personal de la mariguana, aun con fines recreativos, está despenalizado en la mayoría de los países. La producción y distribución por otro lado se mantiene ilegal, salvo excepciones. En las últimas semanas se ha reavivado en México la discusión sobre la legalización de la mariguana por diversos motivos. Sin duda contribuye el debate en el mismo tema que se da en Uruguay.
