ABSTRACT
Pulmonary Alveolar Microlithiasis (PAM) is a rare disease of unknown etiology, characterized by calcified laminar microspheres form within the alveolar spaces. With clinical-radiological dissociation, the diagnosis is made on the basis of characteristics radiographic pictures and specific treatment is not available, but the opportune diagnosis can avoid early complications in the course of the disease awaiting others management options.
