ABSTRACT
Tracheo-bronchial injury fortunately is not frequent, if so ending fatal consequences by target patients. Studies found out that main way is a crash car direct into the thorax people, but there is little information on this respect. Three theories are regarding the injury mechanism of central airway, however fast desaceleration is thought more logical one.
KEYWORDS
Tracheo-bronchial injury, bronchial fracture, thoracic trauma and total lung exclusion.
