ABSTRACT

The clinical case is a male 24 years old with association of alveolar microlithiasis and lingula and medium lobe membranous bronchial stenosis found in the bronchoscopy exploration. This association has not been described in the literature. Our objective is report at the medical community. We resolve the stenosis by resection with conventional forceps biopsy, is another treatment option for, easy and economic method with good results.
