ABSTRACT

This appears the case of feminine of 14 months of age, was admitted Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Respiratorias (INER) with a history of biphasic stridor since 3 months of age, rush lesion right side in neck and shoulder the same time of evolution. It´s made of atopic dermatitis. To present respiratory illness of repetition, mild respiratory distress. It is made Tomogram Lineal of the neck, Chest CT and bronchoscopy making the diagnosis from subglottic hemangioma infantile with obstruction about 50 % of the lumen. The patient was stared on prednisolone to 2 mg/kg every day. Bronchoscopy at 17 months of age when she was asymptomatic for stridor, showed complete involution of the lesion in subglottic. Assessment final at 23 months of age she was asymptomatic.
