ABSTRACT
Lung cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world. Cigarette smoking is the cause of most lung cancers, but there are other factors. There are two main types of lung cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and small cell lung cancer. NSCLC accounts for about 80% of lung cancers, and adenocarcinoma is the most common type. Bronchioloalveolar carcinoma is a rare subtype of lung adenocarcinoma. Below we report the case of a patient with bronchioloalveolar carcinoma.
