ABSTRACT
The primitive or primary lung tumors may be of endobronchial or parenchymal, are extremely rare in children so that experience is individual. Diagnosis, treatment and prognosis is limited to each case. Mucoepidermoid carcinoma is defined by the World Health Organization as a tumor characterized by the combination of mucus-secreting cells, squamous and intermediate. The clinical presentation varies the lungs, the clinical and radiological differential diagnoses are varied. They have a more favorable prognosis in childhood. Tend to remain localized and exhibit a low metastatic potential. Are managed surgically even though there metastases.
