Non-invasive mechanical ventilation for treating acute respiratory failure in patients with miliary tuberculosis and AIDS, a case report and literature review
A 32 years old male with AIDS and Miliary Tuberculosis that developed ARDS, the patient was treated with Noninvasive Mechanical Ventilation (NIMV). The evolution was good. The NIMV is a useful tool for treatment of patients with ARDS and AIDS, in selected cases.
