ABSTRACT

In the pediatric population endotracheal and endobronchial tumors are uncommon, among them is the clear cell tumor, it may present clinically with dyspnea, hemoptysis, cough and even suspected foreign body. Usually found in the periphery of the lung and produce no symptoms, central lesions present with dyspnea, cough and hemoptysis, these tumors are characterized by a large blood supply and clear cells with large amounts of intracytoplasmic glycogen; positive HBM -45 and S-100 immunohistochemistry, negative for cytokeratin 7. In the reported cases have a benign clinical course and conservative surgical resection is considered curative.
