Atypical adenomatous hyperplasia is a premalignant lesion; it is considered a potential precursor of adenocarcinomas. They are peripherical pulmonary lesions that are detectable through a chest CT scan. We present a case of atypical adenomatous hyperplasia with its characteristics found by imaging and histology.
