Neumología y Cirugía de Tórax (NCT) is the official scientific publication of the Sociedad Mexicana de Neumología y Cirugía de Tórax and INER Ismael Cosío Villegas, being it the journal’s main funding source.

The NCT journal firmly supports the open access initiative and does not charge authors for  does not charge for the review, processing, evaluation and publication of articles, and all published works are under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
